Elon Musk’s $1 million-a-day giveaway has evolved from what his America PAC initially called a random sweepstakes into a political tool to reward citizens for their support of Donald Trump's reelection campaign.

Trump America PAC was hit with two separate civil fraud lawsuits on Election Day for allegedly deceiving swing-state voters by claiming that the winners of its daily $1 million giveaways were selected randomly.

Billionaire Tesla founder Elon Musk was sued Tuesday over claims that his $1 million-a-day giveaway to registered voters in swing states was a fraud. An Arizona voter filed a proposed class-action case against the billionaire, alleging Musk falsely said his pro-Trump America PAC would choose winners randomly, when the selections were predetermined.
